Questions

Is it really free?+
Yes. No payment and no card. Reserve with your name and email, and the Zoom link arrives by email.
How does the $20 credit work?+
Join the session live (signing in to the Zoom call is all it takes) and the morning after you'll get a personal code for $20 off your first paid month of the Coaching Toolbox Starter plan. It's for first-time attendees, one per person, works once, and is good for 14 days after the session. Start with the free trial, then enter the code when you pick your plan.
Do I have to bring a question?+
No. If you have one, add it when you reserve and I'll build the agenda around them. Otherwise just come and listen.
I'm already a Toolbox member. Anything different?+
Sign in with your Toolbox account and reserve, and your seat goes to your account. Every session you join live earns a point (PTS) on your Assist Program scoreboard. The $20 code is for coaches who aren't in the Toolbox yet.
When do I get the Zoom link?+
Right after you reserve, by email, with a calendar invite attached. You'll also get reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before we start. The link isn't posted anywhere else.
What if I can't make it?+
Reply to your confirmation email and let me know, so I can give your seat to someone else.
