These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coachdavelove.com and the products, subscriptions, courses, and events offered by CDL Basketball Enterprises Inc. ("Coach Dave Love," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or create an account. If you register a minor for a clinic or event, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorized to accept these Terms and our waiver on their behalf.
We offer digital products (such as workbooks and downloads), online courses, subscription access to our coaching tools ("the Toolbox"), and in-person clinics and events. Descriptions, features, and pricing are shown at the point of sale and may change over time.

When you purchase a digital product, course, or subscription, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use it for your own coaching, training, or educational purposes. You may not:
The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, videos, drills, frameworks, software, and the Coach Dave Love name and logos — are owned by CDL Basketball Enterprises Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
Basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By registering for a clinic or event, you (and, for a minor, their guardian) acknowledge those risks and agree to the waiver, release, and medical and emergency terms presented during registration. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions.
Our content is for educational and informational purposes to support shooting and skill development. It is not medical, physical-therapy, or professional advice. Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome or performance improvement. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new physical-training program.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment, email, and video providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services.
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDL Basketball Enterprises Inc. and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our events. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts located in Alberta will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
