This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how refunds are handled for purchases from coachdavelove.com, offered by CDL Basketball Enterprises Inc. ("Coach Dave Love," "we," "us," or "our"). It works alongside our Terms of Service. Because we offer several kinds of products, the terms depend on what you purchased.
This covers Total Shooter Transformation, Diagnose a Player's Shot, the Coach Dave Love Shooting Masterclass, and the Periodization of Shooting Training Workbook.
Because these deliver access immediately, they are generally non-refundable once purchased. That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy: if the material isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review your request in good faith. Refunds are most likely when little of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
Each Video Shot Analysis is prepared personally for you. If you cancel before we begin your analysis, you'll receive a full refund. Once your video has been received and work has started, the analysis is non-refundable.
You can cancel your Toolbox subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We don't provide partial refunds for the current period, and your data is saved and restored if you resubscribe.
If you believe you were charged in error, or charged twice, contact us and we'll investigate and correct it promptly.
Reply to your order-confirmation email, or reach us through the contact and inquiry forms on our Site. Please include your name, the email address you used at purchase, and what you bought so we can find your order quickly.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
